The Pride Summit will be structured into a three phase gathering. The first phase will be by Invitation Only - Invites have been extended to over 30 Pride Organizations and Organizers around the State of Arkansas. This session will focus on uniting these organizations from across the State to form a solid front on addressing concerns that affect LGBTQIA communities. This will be completed through research, facts, networking, and by the desire to implement change by approaching areas of concern head on.
One of the main goals of the session would be to help to provide the support and training needed for these organizations to be successful in their efforts to serve their communities, Some of this is completed through shared experiences, and by knowledge that is gained by assisting others in connecting them with resources, processes, and understanding. This will benefit organizations to help navigate through tough situations and to be better ambassadors for their cause and in the long run help to increase resources and sustain ongoing funding that will stretch further.
There will be an emphasis on how to be inclusive, how to be safe, how to keep up with the demands of security risks and concerns, how to build and work with local governments, how to include youth for future leadership roles. This session will include special guest speakers and subject matter experts that will be speak about and answer questions pertaining to a wide array of topics ranging from building and gaining sponsorship's, how to build business structure that will promote a strong team, how to provide quality entertainment, how to approach intersectional inclusion, what are legal considerations and protections, what are productive ways to approach concerns, Organizations that are currently available to help, equality resources, and how to navigate resistance and threats and the proper chain of action to follow.
The second phase will be bringing together over 75 clubs, organizations, churches, college campus clubs, businesses, and individuals all whom are involved with the LGBTQIA Community and make a difference, everyday. This will provide various networking opportunities, visibility, help join together parties that have vested interest in the identification of detriments, parties that are interested in prevention of duplication of services, and interested in the preservation of funding. Bringing together all the parties that are interested in working together to mobilize towards a common goal to make Arkansas a State to be proud of and a State that supports and embraces the LGBTQIA Community.
We will start with three Keynote speakers, and some brief entertainment.... Followed by a breakout session with 3 separate conference spaces; where you choose the topic you would like to learn more about. Speakers included: HRC, ACLU, Diversity Family Health, Intransitive, Park West, AR Legal Services, Utopia Empowerment Center, AR RAPPS, Central Pride, AR Resources, Queer Collective, NAMI, and MANY MORE.

The third phase of the Pride Summit will be a night of enchantment, excitement, and overall enjoyment - with a LGBTQIA PROM event.
There will be a Live DJ with special lights and effects.
A PROM photo area to obtain a classic keepsake photograph to cherish.
Special guest meet and greet with photo opportunities.
We have a dedicated 21+ VIP area and specialty drinks, Must have wrist band and present valid ID.
Other offerings will be a free non alcoholic drink station.
Other food items available for purchase.
Tickets are priced for singles and couples with an early bird special if purchased before May. The theme of this FORMAL evening will be Van Gogh's "A Starry Night".
